I couldn't ask for better treatment. I have Lymphoma and came into the Emergency room for pain managment where I was instantly offered free valet parking, filled out my paper work and instantly got called to triage, before I ever sit back down in the lobby to my surprise I was being called back into a room, it was all super fast, this hospital doesn't play when you tell them that you are in pain! Needless to say I was admitted over night and treated for pain managment, as a matter of fact its 4:20 in the A.m. and my wife is beside me snoring on her own bed wothwher owm pillow amd blanket, she is comfortable and that means everything to me. Thank you Baptist Health for taking care of me and my wife in our time of need, I pray many blessings come to each and every one of you who were so kind as to take the time to make my visit extraordinary, you guys are simply amazing and I could never thank you enough

Had Emergency Surgery Today. I've been a travel nurse 26 years. I've been to 93 hospitals in 5 states. I was scared to go to a hospital in Arkansas after working in cash only elite hospitals in California, and known leaders in the industry..... and having traveled to some lesser local hospitals,I didn't want to go! I was overwhelmed with Baptist LR excellence every step of the way. From security welcome center, ER admissions, triage, the nurses all appeared experienced (unlike competing area hospitals)-flow in the ER (thank you Jake RN) to surgery was better than anywhere- and PACU. I felt safe - and I'm particular, I look around, it was clean. The equipment is new, some newer than the ' famous' east coast powerhouses. The organization, the kindness. I can honestly say. 26 years, 93 hospitals. It's very reassuring to know such a high level, likely the best I've seen- is right next door. I'm pretty sure, they saved my life, or debility at the very least.

The nurses, the doctors and staff have all been wonderful to our family. This hospital has been a God send t o us. Elevators are the most tedious part of this hospital. They run very slow.

My mother in law was rushed to the hospital! It’s great to have free valet parking for the ER! By the time we got in, they said she was in CT! Very shortly, afterwards, we were notified that she needed a clot taken out of her brain! Staff is very friendly and honest about outcomes of her condition! I’m happy that they took the situation seriously and acted promptly. They walked us to the waiting room and instructed us how to move our vehicles to the main free parking deck! Didn’t get lost! Cafeteria is great! The catfish is overpriced. Nice layout of the hospital. Clean. Only issue we have is that the attending neurologist signed off on her and didn’t inform us the reason why. Had to have a different neurologist to read her MRI, CTs, and EEG! The nurse filed a complaint against the previous neurologist! Great nurses! Special thanks to all the doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, laboratory personnel, and all who contributed to saving her life including the One and Only, God!

Me and my fiance had a very hard few days in labor and delivery 2nd floor, Anyone that has had a child knows how stressful it can be anyways , there was an RN by the name of Janice that went above and beyond to make my soon to be wife feel comfortable. She is exactly the kind of nurse anyone should strive to be , she even worked a double just to help with delivery. Thank you so much and the rest of the staff.

I was transferred to Baptist via ambulance, very ill with pancreatitis. From the admissions clerk offering to pray for me; caring ER nurses and doctors; MRI staff; transport staff; 6A nurses and CNA's, housekeeping, room services, and all 4 doctors - my care was top notch and I was very well taken care of. Treated with respect and compassion. My son stayed with me & a bed was provided for him.
